Order Processing

Big Dogs Graphic processes orders on regular business days from our distribution facility. The destination address distance from our facility may affect transit times. Weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events can interrupt carrier transportation flow with little warning. As interruptions occur, we work with our partners to make sure your order arrives as soon as it can safely be delivered.

Logistics networks nationwide may experience occasional delays. Big Dogs Graphic cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, and we continue to work with our carriers to deliver in a timely fashion. Please allow several business days to process graphic-related items.

For items that are printed to order, additional processing time is typically required before shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the continental United States, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for certain locations.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Shipping options may vary depending on the destination. Standard and expedited methods are generally available for most addresses within the lower 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, available shipping methods may be more limited.

All quoted shipping estimates do not include weekends or national holidays. Actual transit times depend on carrier schedules and the distance from our facility.

Complimentary Shipping

For in-stock items shipping within the continental United States, typical processing and transit times apply. Printed-to-order items require additional processing days before they are handed over to the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Big Dogs Graphic offers optional delivery insurance at the time of purchase. This coverage includes protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, with a claims process available through an online portal.

Please note: If you do not wish to purchase delivery insurance, you may simply decline or remove the insurance option from your order before completing the purchase. Big Dogs Graphic and its affiliates are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments when you opt out of optional coverage.
